Common use of Publication, Reproduction or Use of Materials Clause in Contracts

Publication, Reproduction or Use of Materials. No material produced, in whole or in part, under this Agreement shall be subject to copyright in the United States or in any other country. The County shall have unrestricted authority to publish, disclose, distribute and otherwise use, in whole or in part, any reports, data or other materials prepared under this Agreement. All reports, data and other materials prepared under this Agreement shall be the property of the County upon completion of this Agreement.
