Publications, Announcements, etc. In the event that DHS funds are used in whole or in part to produce any written publications, announcements, reports, flyers, brochures or other written materials, Provider agrees to include in these publications, announcements, reports, flyers, brochures and all other such material, the phrase “Funding provided in whole or in part by the Illinois Department of Human Services.” Exceptions to this requirement must be requested, in writing, from DHS and will be considered authorized only upon written notice thereof to Provider.
