Common use of PUBLICITY AND PUBLICATION Clause in Contracts

PUBLICITY AND PUBLICATION. 4.14.1 The prior written approval of the Corporation is required before the Contractor or any of its employees, agents, or independent contractors may, at any time, make any statement to the press or issue any material for publication through any media of communication bearing on 4.14.2 If the Contractor or any of its employees publishes a work dealing with any aspect of performance under this Agreement, or of the results and accomplishments attained in such performance, the Corporation shall have a royalty-free, non-exclusive and irrevocable license to reproduce, publish or otherwise use and authorize others to use the publication.
