Publicity and Reports. Neither Party shall issue any press release, public statement or other public notice relating to this Agreement, or the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, without obtaining the prior consent of the other Party except as required by applicable law and then only after providing as much advance notice to the other such Party as practicable and cooperating with the other Party with respect to any confidential treatment request or similar procedure.
