Common use of Publicity and Reports Clause in Contracts

Publicity and Reports. The Seller and the Buyer shall coordinate all publicity relating to the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and no party shall issue any press release, publicity statement or other public notice relating to this Agreement, or the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, without obtaining the prior consent of both the Seller and the Buyer except to the extent that a particular action is required by applicable law or stock exchange requirement.
