Common use of Publicity and Reports Clause in Contracts

Publicity and Reports. The Sellers and Purchaser shall coordinate all publicity relating to the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and, except to the extent required by Law or applicable stock exchange rules or required in connection with Purchaser's financing of the transactions contemplated hereby, no party shall issue any press release, publicity statement or other public notice relating to this Agreement, or the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, without obtaining the prior consent of the other parties hereto (which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed). Purchaser and the Sellers shall consult with each other with respect to the form and content of any application or report made to any Governmental Authority which relates to this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby.
