Common use of Publicity Rights Clause in Contracts

Publicity Rights. LifeVantage is authorized to use your name, photograph, personal story and/or likeness in advertising/promotional materials while this Agreement is in effect and for the six (6) months immediately after its cancellation, unless you give LifeVantage notice withdrawing such consent. Remuneration for the above use shall be deemed included in your Financial Distributions (as such term is defined in Section 12 of the P&P). You waive all additional claims for remuneration for such use.
