Each Selling Stockholder shall not, during the period of any offering by such Selling Stockholder of any Registrable Securities under any registration statement, use or disseminate any information concerning the Company other than the prospectus (or any amendment thereof or supplement thereto furnished by the Company) and may not undertake any form of publicity with respect to the Company or engage in any similar activities that may be deemed to be an unlawful selling effort within the meaning of Section 10 of the Exchange Act.
