Disseminate The term “Disseminate,” when referring to a notice or other information to be sent by the Depositary to Owners, shall mean (i) sending that information to Owners in paper form by mail or another means or (ii) with the consent of Owners, another procedure that has the effect of making the information available to Owners, which may include (A) sending the information by electronic mail or electronic messaging or (B) sending in paper form or by electronic mail or messaging a statement that the information is available and may be accessed by the Owner on an Internet website and that it will be sent in paper form upon request by the Owner, when that information is so available and is sent in paper form as promptly as practicable upon request.
Disclose To permit access to, or the release, transfer, or other communication of personally identifiable information by any means, including oral, written or electronic, whether intended or unintended.
Publicity The Company, and the Buyer shall have the right to review a reasonable period of time before issuance of any press releases, SEC, OTCBB or FINRA filings, or any other public statements with respect to the transactions contemplated hereby; provided, however, that the Company shall be entitled, without the prior approval of the Buyer, to make any press release or SEC, OTCBB (or other applicable trading market) or FINRA filings with respect to such transactions as is required by applicable law and regulations (although the Buyer shall be consulted by the Company in connection with any such press release prior to its release and shall be provided with a copy thereof and be given an opportunity to comment thereon).
Strictly Confidential The proceeds from exercise of the Pledge by Pledgee shall be used to pay for tax and expenses incurred as result of disposing the Equity Interest and to perform Contract Obligations and pay the Secured Indebtedness to the Pledgee prior and in preference to any other payment. After the payment of the aforementioned amounts, the remaining balance shall be returned to Pledgor or any other person who have rights to such balance under applicable laws or be deposited to the local notary public office where Pledgor resides, with all expense incurred being borne by Pledgor. To the extent permitted under applicable PRC laws, Pledgor shall unconditionally donate the aforementioned proceeds to Pledgee or any other person designated by Pledgee.
Announcements 4.1 Neither party will make or permit to be made any announcement or disclosure of its prospective interest in the Bid without the prior written consent of the other party. 4.2 Neither party shall make use of the other party’s name or any information acquired through its dealings with the other party for publicity or marketing purposes without the prior written consent of the other party.

Disparaging Comments The Participant agrees that during the period of the Participant's employment with the Company and thereafter, the Participant shall not make any disparaging or defamatory comments regarding the Company or, after termination of his employment relationship with the Company, make any comments concerning any aspect of the termination of their relationship. The obligations of the Participant under this subsection shall not apply to disclosures required by applicable law, regulation or order of any court or governmental agency.
MPS LOGO/PUBLICITY No Contractor shall use the MPS Logo in its literature or issue a press release about the subject of this Contract without prior written notice to and written approval of MPS’s Executive Director of Communications & Outreach.
No Public Disclosure The Company shall not disclose any holder of Investor Units’ name or identity as an investor in the Company in any press release or other public announcement or in any document or material filed with any governmental entity, without the prior written consent of such Person, unless such disclosure is required by applicable law or governmental regulations or by order of a court of competent jurisdiction, in which case prior to making such disclosure the Company shall give written notice to such Person describing in reasonable detail the proposed content of such disclosure and shall permit such Person to review and comment upon the form and substance of such disclosure.
ADVERTISING OR PUBLICITY CONTRACTOR shall not use the name of County, its officers, directors, employees or agents, in advertising or publicity releases or otherwise without securing the prior written consent of COUNTY in each instance.
