Pubs Code. The Landlord and the Tenant agree that: 1.1 the obligations and requirements set out in the Pubs Code shall apply to this lease; 1.2 they will each observe and perform their respective obligations in the Pubs Code; 1.3 that they may rely on the obligations and requirements set out in the Pubs Code as if they were set out in this lease; and 1.4 if there is any inconsistency or conflict between the Pubs Code and this lease, the Pubs Code shall take precedence.
