Common use of Purchase and Maintenance of Insurance Clause in Contracts

Purchase and Maintenance of Insurance. Provider shall purchase and maintain in full force and effect during the term of this Agreement casualty and bodily injury insurance, as well as insurance sufficient to cover the replacement cost of any and all real and/or personal property purchased or otherwise acquired, in whole or in part, with funds disbursed pursuant to this Agreement.
