Common use of Purchase and sale of Contracted Capacity Clause in Contracts

Purchase and sale of Contracted Capacity. 4.3.1 Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the SPD undertakes to sell solar power to NTPC/NVVN and NTPC undertakes to pay Tariff for all the energy supplied at the Delivery Point corresponding to the Contracted Capacity.
