Common use of Purchase As-Is Clause in Contracts

Purchase As-Is. Lessee shall purchase the Leased Premises in “as is” condition “with all faults” and specifically and expressly without any warranties, representations or guaranties, of any kind, oral or written, expressed or implied, concerning the Leased Premises from or on behalf of Lessor, except as expressly provided herein. Lessor shall not under any circumstances be required to repair, modify or later any condition of the Leased Premises.
