Advance Bookings. Buyer shall assume and honor for its account all Bookings relating to dates after the Proration Time set forth on the Schedule of Advance Bookings delivered by Seller to Buyer at the Close of Escrow pursuant to SECTION 4.2.1.9.

Advance Bookings. All Advance Bookings will be disclosed in the Due Diligence Materials.

In the event Purchaser does not so terminate this Agreement prior to the expiration of the Study Period, Purchaser shall be deemed to have waived such failure.

Advance Bookings. The Performer cannot be booked more than 12 months in advance of the Client’s Event date.
Advance Bookings. The register of reservations and agreements made or entered into by Seller in the ordinary course of business prior to Closing for hotel rooms or meeting rooms to be utilized after Closing, or for catering services or other hotel services to be provided after Closing (the “Advance Bookings”), which register of Advance Bookings shall be updated and delivered to Purchaser at Closing; and
Advance Bookings. All agreements and reservations for the use or occupancy of guest rooms, banquet facilities or other facilities at the Hotel, including any off-site catering, for any period after the Adjustment Time (as hereinafter defined), including all deposits held by Seller or Operator with respect thereto (the “Advance Bookings”). Seller will request the Receiver to furnish Purchaser with a current schedule of Advance Bookings promptly after the execution of this Agreement, and if Purchaser proceeds to Closing then Seller will also request an updated schedule (the “Bookings Update” ) as of one (1) day prior to the Closing Date.
