Common use of Purchase Limit Clause in Contracts

Purchase Limit. Section 2.2(a) of the Receivables Purchase ------------------------------- Agreement is hereby amended by adding the phrase "(or $150,000,000 for the period from August 14, 1998 until November 1, 1998)"after the number "$100,000,000" where it appears therein.

Purchase Limit. Section 2.2(a) 1.01 of the Receivables Purchase ------------------------------- Agreement is hereby amended by adding deleting the number "$75,000,000" where it appears in clause (a) thereof and substituting therefor the phrase "(or $150,000,000 100,000,000 for the period from August 14February 2, 1998 2001 until November April 1, 1998)"after the number 2001 and $75,000,000 from and after April 1, 2001"$100,000,000" where it appears therein.

Purchase Limit. Section 2.2(a) 1.01 of the Receivables Purchase ------------------------------- Agreement is hereby amended by adding the phrase "(or $150,000,000 for the period from August 14, 1998 until November 1, 1998)"after i) deleting the number "$100,000,000" where it appears therein and substituting therefor the number "$117,000,000" and (ii) by deleting each reference to "April 1, 2001" that appears therein, and substituting therefor "May 1, 2001".

Section 2.2(a) 1.01 of the Receivables Purchase ------------------------------- Agreement is hereby amended by adding the phrase "(or $150,000,000 for the period from August 14, 1998 until November 1, 1998)"after deleting the number "$100,000,000" where it appears thereinin clause (a)(1) of the proviso of the first sentence thereof and substituting therefor the number "$200,000,000".

Section 2.2(a) 1.01 of the Receivables Purchase ------------------------------- Agreement is hereby amended by adding deleting the phrase phrase: "(or $150,000,000 175,000,000 for the period from August 14and including January 15, 1998 until November 12002 to but excluding April 16, 1998)"after the number "2002 and $100,000,000150,000,000 thereafter" where it appears thereinin clause (a) of the proviso thereto and substituting therefor the following: "$200,000,000".
