Common use of Purchase Limit Clause in Contracts

Purchase Limit. Section 1.01 of the Receivables Purchase -------------- ------------ Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the number "$45,000,000" where it appears therein and substituting therefor the number "$60,000,000".

Purchase Limit. Section 1.01 1.02(a) of the Receivables Purchase -------------- ------------ Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the number "$45,000,000200,000,000" where it appears therein and substituting therefor the number "$60,000,000250,000,000". SECTION 3.

Purchase Limit. Section 1.01 of the Receivables Purchase -------------- ------------ Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the number "$45,000,000300,000,000" where it appears therein and substituting therefor the number "$60,000,000210,000,000".

Purchase Limit. Section 1.01 of the Receivables Purchase -------------- ------------ Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the number "$45,000,00060,000,000" where it appears therein in clause (a) thereof and substituting therefor the number ---------- "$60,000,00075,000,000".

Purchase Limit. Section 1.01 of the Receivables Purchase -------------- ------------ Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the number phrase: "$45,000,000175,000,000 for the period from and including January 15, 2002 to but excluding April 16, 2002 and $150,000,000 thereafter" where it appears therein in clause (a) of the proviso thereto and substituting therefor the number following: "$60,000,000200,000,000".

Purchase Limit. Section 1.01 of the Receivables Purchase -------------- ------------ Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the number "$45,000,00075,000,000" where it appears therein in clause (a) thereof and substituting therefor the number phrase "$60,000,000100,000,000 for the period from February 2, 2001 until April 1, 2001 and $75,000,000 from and after April 1, 2001".

Section 1.01 of the Receivables Purchase -------------- ------------ Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the number "$45,000,000100,000,000" where it appears therein in clause (a)(1) of the proviso of the first sentence thereof and substituting therefor the number "$60,000,000200,000,000".

Purchase Limit. Section 1.01 of the Receivables Purchase -------------- ------------ Agreement is hereby amended by (i) deleting the number "$45,000,000100,000,000" where it appears therein and substituting therefor the number "$60,000,000117,000,000" and (ii) by deleting each reference to "April 1, 2001" that appears therein, and substituting therefor "May 1, 2001".

Purchase Limit. Section 1.01 of the Receivables Purchase -------------- ------------ Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the number "$45,000,000210,000,000" where it appears therein and substituting therefor the number "$60,000,000"100,000,000." Notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth in the Receivables Purchase Agreement, Seller hereby agrees that the Capital shall not exceed $45,000,000, and that Seller shall have no right to request any Purchase to the extent that, after giving effect thereto, the Capital would exceed $45,000,000.
