Purchase Objectives; Inventory. Distributor and AltiGen shall agree upon quarterly Purchase Objectives. The initial Purchase Objectives are stated in Exhibit C with ongoing purchase and business objectives described in the business plan outlined in 6.3. Distributor shall warehouse and order to meet market demand and will deliver to resellers in a timely manner. Distributor will inventory 30 days of product in each of its named warehouses or as deemed by market conditions.
