Purchase of Additional Loans. On any date during the Reinvestment Period, if no Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, the Servicer on behalf of the Borrower may, if each of the conditions specified in this Section 10.02 and Section 10.04 are met, invest Collections, accrued interest received with respect to any Collateral Loan to the extent used to pay for accrued interest on additional Loans and other amounts on deposit in the Collection Account in additional Loans purchased pursuant to the Purchase and Contribution Agreement, provided, that no Loan may be purchased unless each of the following conditions are satisfied as of the date the Servicer commits on behalf of the Borrower to make such purchase, in each case after giving effect to such purchase and all other sales or purchases previously or simultaneously committed to:
