Delivery of Report, Notices, Etc. Documents and notices required to be delivered by the Borrower or the Collateral Manager pursuant this Agreement may be delivered electronically and if so delivered, shall be deemed to have been delivered on the date on which the Borrower or the Collateral Manager posts such documents or notices, or provides a link thereto on the Collateral Manager’s website or otherwise delivers such documents or notices via email in accordance with Section 16.02.
