Purchase of Capacity Energy and Ancillary Services. 2.1 Capacity Sale and Purchase Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Seller agrees to sell and supply to Buyer, and Buyer agrees to accept and purchase from Seller, all Accredited Capacity (i) from the Facilities for the duration of the Term and (ii) associated with Replacement Capacity that Seller supplies to Buyer pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. Furthermore, except as otherwise specifically provided for herein, Seller shall not sell or commit to sell the Capacity of the Facilities during the Term to any party other than Buyer.

  • Ancillary Services Those services that are necessary to support the transmission of capacity and energy from resources to loads while maintaining reliable operation of the Transmission Provider’s Transmission System in accordance with Good Utility Practice.

  • Master Services Agreement This Agreement is a master agreement governing the relationship between the Parties solely with regard to State Street’s provision of Services to each BTC Recipient under the applicable Service Modules.
