PURCHASE OF FREEHOLD AND FEDERAL CROWN MINERALS ONLY. The parties agree that, from and after the Shortfall Acres Acquisition Date, freehold or federally held Minerals, or any interests therein, may be Purchased without the Band having to Purchase the surface of the Land. In such an event, the Band agrees that such Minerals, or any interest therein, shall not be set apart as an Entitlement Reserve unless ownership of all accompanying Land has been acquired in the form required pursuant to this Agreement.
