Purchase of VHDA Senior Loan. If the County Board elects to purchase the VHDA Notes in lieu of curing the event of default detailed in the written notice of default, VHDA shall not add to the purchase price any prepayment penalty otherwise applicable pursuant to the terms of the VHDA Notes. This discount shall not be available to any other purchaser of the VHDA Notes.
