Common use of Purchase Price and Terms of Payment Clause in Contracts

Purchase Price and Terms of Payment. (a) Subject to adjustment as provided below, the aggregate price (“Purchase Price”) of the Property shall be Twenty-Nine Million Four Hundred Sixty Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($29,460,000.00), subject to adjustments and prorations as set forth in this Agreement.
