Sales and Similar Taxes; Shipping Costs; Insurance. Except as otherwise provided herein, the purchase price does not include and the Buyer shall pay (or reimburse Seller on Seller’s demand for), all (a) delivery, freight and associated charges (FOB origin), (b) insurance, and (c) any and all excise, sales, use, personal property, inventory or similar taxes, charges, duties or levies of any kind imposed on or in connection with the sale or use of Products. .
