Purchase Property. The Owners agree to sell to City and the City agrees to purchase from Owners the Purchase Property subject to the following terms and other terms as provided for herein:
Purchase Property. SELLER is the owner of a 0.22 acre parcel of real property improved with a ± 3,865 square foot, 14-unit motel building located at 000 Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx (APN 090-074-008-000), and more particularly described in Exhibit A and depicted on Exhibit B, (hereinafter "Purchase Property").
Purchase Property. SELLER is the owner of certain real property (“Purchase Property”) located in the Big Hill area of Placer County, California as depicted on Exhibit A, consisting of a 140-acre parcel (Placer County Assessor's Parcel No. 026-081-037-000) The Purchase Property shall also include the SELLER’s interest in any and all privileges and appurtenances pertaining to the Purchase Property, including any right, title, and interest of SELLER in or to adjacent roadways, easements or right(s) of way.
Purchase Property. This Agreement provides for the purchase and sale of the Purchase Property as conveyed through a Grant Deed from SELLER to COUNTY. The acquisition of the Purchase Property will build on existing conservation efforts in the Big Hill area by protecting significant natural resources and preserving open space areas.

Purchase Property. For purposes of this Agreement, the "PURCHASE PROPERTY" means the Land and all improvements, if any, thereon, subject to Seller's obligation to remove certain improvements, and all of Seller's interest in all easements, rights-of-way, transferable permits, approvals, privileges and entitlements appurtenant thereto.
