Common use of Purchase Report Clause in Contracts

Purchase Report. On the Closing Date and on each date when an Information Package is due to be delivered under the Receivables Financing Agreement (each such date, a “Monthly Purchase Report Date”), the Servicer shall deliver to the Buyer and each Originator a report in substantially the form of Exhibit A (each such report being herein called a “Purchase Report”) setting forth, among other things: (a) Receivables purchased by the Buyer from each Originator, or contributed to the capital of the Buyer by Contributing Originator, on the Closing Date (in the case of the Purchase Report to be delivered on the Closing Date); (b) Receivables purchased by the Buyer from each Originator, or contributed to the capital of the Buyer by Contributing Originator, during the calendar month immediately preceding such Monthly Purchase Report Date (in the case of each subsequent Purchase Report); and (c) the calculations of reductions of the Purchase Price for any Receivables as provided in Section 3.3(a) and (b).

On the Closing Date and on each date when day an Information Package is due required to be delivered under pursuant to the Receivables Financing Purchase Agreement (each such date, a “Monthly Purchase Report Date”), the Originator shall (or shall cause the Servicer shall to) deliver to the Buyer Company and each Originator the Administrator a report in substantially the form of Exhibit A (each such report being herein called a “Purchase Report”) setting forth, among other things: (a) Receivables purchased by the Buyer Company from each Originator, or the Originator and/or contributed to the capital of Company by the Buyer by Contributing Originator, Originator on the Closing Date (in the case of the Purchase Report to be delivered on the Closing Date); (b) Receivables purchased by the Buyer Company from each Originator, or contributed to the capital of the Buyer by Contributing Originator, Originator during the calendar month immediately preceding such Monthly Purchase Report Date (in the case of each subsequent Purchase Report); and (c) any reductions or adjustments to the Receivables and the calculations of reductions of the Purchase Price for any Receivables as provided in Section 3.3(a3.3 (a) and (b).

Purchase Report. On Promptly following the Closing Date and on each date when an Information Package is due to be delivered under the Receivables Financing Agreement (each such date, a “Monthly Purchase Report Date”), the Servicer shall deliver to the Buyer and each Originator a report in substantially the form of Exhibit A (each such report being herein called a “Purchase Report”) setting forth, among other things: (a) Receivables purchased by the Buyer from each Originator, or contributed to the capital of the Buyer by Contributing OriginatorQINC, on the Closing Date (in the case of the Purchase Report to be delivered on with respect to the Closing Date); (b) Receivables purchased by the Buyer from each Originator, or contributed to the capital of the Buyer by Contributing OriginatorQINC, during the calendar month Fiscal Month immediately preceding such Monthly Purchase Report Date (in the case of each subsequent Purchase Report); and (c) the calculations of reductions of the Purchase Price for any Receivables as provided in Section 3.3(a3.3 (a) and (b).

On the Closing Date and on each date when on which an Information Package is due to be delivered under the Receivables Financing Agreement (each such date, a “Monthly Purchase Report Date”), the Servicer shall deliver to the Buyer Company and each Originator the Transferor a report in substantially the form of Exhibit A (each such report being herein called a “Purchase Report”) setting forth, among other things: (a) Receivables purchased (or, in the case of Contributed Receivables, received) by the Buyer Company from each Originator, or contributed to the capital of the Buyer by Contributing Originator, Transferor on the Closing Date (in the case of the Purchase Report to be delivered on the Closing Date); (b) Receivables purchased (or, in the case of Contributed Receivables, received) by the Buyer Company from each Originator, or contributed to the capital of the Buyer by Contributing Originator, Transferor during the calendar month immediately preceding such Monthly Purchase Report Date Fiscal Month (in the case of each subsequent Purchase Report); and (c) the calculations of reductions of the Purchase Price for any Receivables as provided in Section 3.3(a3.4(a) and (b).
