Purchase Report. On the Closing Date and on each Settlement Date, the Servicer shall deliver to the Company and the Originator a report in substantially the form of Exhibit A (each such report being herein called a “Purchase Report”) setting forth, among other things: (a) Receivables purchased by the Company from the Originator on the Closing Date (in the case of the Purchase Report to be delivered on the Closing Date); (b) Receivables purchased by the Company from the Originator during the period commencing on, and including, the Settlement Date immediately preceding such Settlement Date to (but not including) such Settlement Date (in the case of each subsequent Purchase Report); and (c) the calculations of reductions of the Purchase Price for any Receivables as provided in Section 3.3 (a) and (b).
