Common use of Purchase Report Clause in Contracts

Purchase Report. On the Closing Date and on each date when an Information Package is due to be delivered under the Receivables Financing Agreement (each such date, a “Monthly Purchase Report Date”), the Servicer shall deliver to the Buyer and each Originator a report in substantially the form of Exhibit A (each such report being herein called a “Purchase Report”) setting forth, among other things: (a) Receivables purchased by the Buyer from each Originator on the Closing Date (in the case of the Purchase Report to be delivered with respect to the Closing Date); (b) Receivables purchased by the Buyer from each Originator during the Fiscal Month immediately preceding such Monthly Purchase Report Date (in the case of each subsequent Purchase Report); and (c) the calculations of reductions of the Purchase Price for any Receivables as provided in Section 3.4(a) and (b).
