Common use of Purchase Report Clause in Contracts

Purchase Report. On the Closing Date and on the 20th day of each Fiscal Month (each such date, a “Monthly Purchase Report Date”) , the Servicer shall deliver to the Administrative Agent, the Buyer and each Originator a report in substantially the form of Exhibit A (each such report being herein called a “Purchase Report”) setting forth, among other things:

Purchase Report. On the Closing Effective Date and on the 20th day of each Fiscal Month occurring in or after the month following the Purchase Agreement Effective Date (each such date, a “Monthly Purchase Report Date”) ), the Servicer shall deliver to the Administrative Agent, the Buyer and each Originator a report in substantially the form of Exhibit A (each such report being herein called a “Purchase Report”) (which may be combined with the Borrowing Base Certificate to be delivered to the Administrative Agent) setting forth, among other things:
