Common use of Purchase Report Clause in Contracts

Purchase Report. On the Closing Date and on the 25th day of each calendar month thereafter (or if such day is not a Business Day, the next occurring Business Day) (each such date, a “Monthly Purchase Report Date”), the Servicer shall deliver to the Company and each Originator a report in substantially the form of Exhibit A (each such report being herein called a “Purchase Report”) setting forth, among other things: (a) Receivables purchased (or, in the case of Contributed Receivables, received) by the Company from each Originator on the Closing Date (in the case of the Purchase Report to be delivered on the Closing Date); (b) Receivables purchased (or, in the case of Contributed Receivables, received) by the Company from each Originator during the period commencing on the Monthly Purchase Report Date immediately preceding such Monthly Purchase Report Date to (but not including) such Monthly Purchase Report Date (in the case of each subsequent Purchase Report); and (c) the calculations of reductions of the Purchase Price for any Receivables as provided in Section 3.3 (a) and (b).

Purchase Report. On the Closing Date and on the 25th 20th day of each calendar month thereafter (or if such day is not a Business Day, the next occurring Business Day) (each such date, a “Monthly Purchase Report Date”), the Servicer shall deliver to the Company and each Originator Transferor a report in substantially the form of Exhibit A (each such report being herein called a “Purchase Report”) setting forth, among other things: (a) Receivables purchased (or, in the case of Contributed Receivables, received) by the Company from each Originator Transferor on the Closing Date (in the case of the Purchase Report to be delivered on the Closing Date); (b) Receivables purchased (or, in the case of Contributed Receivables, received) by the Company from each Originator during the period commencing on the Monthly Purchase Report Date calendar month immediately preceding the calendar month in which such Monthly Purchase Report Date to (but not including) such Monthly Purchase Report Date occurs (in the case of each subsequent Purchase Report)) other than Receivables reflected in the Purchase Report delivered on the Closing Date; and (c) the calculations of reductions of the Purchase Price or Contributed Value for any Receivables as provided in Section Sections 3.3 (a) and (b).

On the Closing Date and on each date when a Monthly Report is due to be delivered under the 25th day of each calendar month thereafter (or if such day is not a Business Day, the next occurring Business Day) Receivables Purchase Agreement (each such date, a “Monthly Purchase Report Date”), the Servicer shall deliver to the Company and each Originator a report in substantially the form of Exhibit A (each such report being herein called a “Purchase Report”) setting forth, among other things: : (a) Receivables purchased (or, in the case of Contributed Receivables, received) by the Company from each Originator on the Closing Date (in the case of the Purchase Report to be delivered on the Closing Date); ; (b) Receivables purchased (or, in the case of Contributed Receivables, received) by the Company from each Originator during the period commencing on the Monthly Purchase Report Date immediately preceding such Monthly Purchase Report Date to (but not including) such Monthly Purchase Report Date (in the case of each subsequent Purchase Report); and and (c) the calculations of reductions of the Purchase Price for any Receivables as provided in Section 3.3 (a3.3(a) and (b).

On the Closing Date and on the 25th 18th day of each calendar month thereafter (or if such day is not a Business Day, the next occurring Business Day) (each such date, a “Monthly Purchase Report Date”), the Servicer shall deliver to the Company and each Originator a report in substantially the form of Exhibit A (each such report being herein called a “Purchase Report”) setting forth, among other things: (a) Receivables purchased (or, in the case of Contributed Receivables, received) by the Company from each Originator on the Closing Date (in the case of the Purchase Report to be delivered on the Closing Date); (b) Receivables purchased (or, in the case of Contributed Receivables, received) by the Company from each Originator during the period commencing on the Monthly Purchase Report Date immediately preceding such Monthly Purchase Report Date to (but not including) such Monthly Purchase Report Date (in the case of each subsequent Purchase Report); and (c) the calculations of reductions of the Purchase Price for any Receivables as provided in Section 3.3 (a) and (b).
