Common use of Purchase Report Clause in Contracts

Purchase Report. On the Closing Date and on the 25th day of each calendar month thereafter (or if such day is not a Business Day, the next occurring Business Day) (each such date, a “Monthly Purchase Report Date”), the Servicer shall deliver to the Buyer and each Seller a report (each such report being herein called a “Purchase Report”) setting forth, among other things: (a) Receivables purchased by the Buyer from each Seller on the Closing Date (in the case of the Purchase Report to be delivered on the Closing Date); (b) Receivables purchased by the Buyer from each Seller during the period commencing on the Monthly Purchase Report Date immediately preceding such Monthly Purchase Report Date to (but not including) such Monthly Purchase Report Date (in the case of each subsequent Purchase Report); and (c) the calculations of reductions of the Purchase Price for any Receivables as provided in Section 3.3 (a) and (b).

On the Closing Date and on the 25th 21st day of each calendar month thereafter after the Closing Date (or if such day is not a Business Day, the next occurring Business Day) (each such date, a “Monthly Purchase Report Date”), the Servicer shall deliver to the Buyer Company and each Seller the Transferor a report in substantially the form of Exhibit A (each such report being herein called a “Purchase Report”) setting forth, among other things: (a) Receivables purchased by the Buyer from each Seller on the Closing Date (in the case of the Purchase Report to be delivered on the Closing Date)[Reserved]; (b) Receivables purchased (or, in the case of Contributed Receivables, received) by the Buyer Company from each Seller the Transferor during the period commencing on the Monthly Purchase Report Date immediately preceding such Monthly Purchase Report Date to (but not including) such Monthly Purchase Report Date (in the case of each subsequent Purchase Report); and (c) the calculations of reductions of the Purchase Price for any Receivables as provided in Section 3.3 (a3.3(a) and (b).

On the Closing Date and on the 25th 24th day of each calendar month thereafter (or if such day is not a Business Day, the next occurring Business Day) (each such date, a “Monthly Purchase Report Date”), the Servicer shall deliver to the Buyer Company and each Seller Originator a report in substantially the form of Exhibit A (each such report being herein called a “Purchase Report”) setting forth, among other things: (a) Receivables purchased by the Buyer Company from each Seller Originator on the Closing Date (in the case of the Purchase Report to be delivered on the Closing Date); (b) Receivables purchased by the Buyer Company from each Seller Originator during the period commencing on the Monthly Purchase Report Date immediately preceding such Monthly Purchase Report Date to (but not including) such Monthly Purchase Report Date (in the case of each subsequent Purchase Report); and (c) the calculations of reductions of the Purchase Price for any Receivables as provided in Section 3.3 (a) and (b).
