Purchase Termination. (a) The agreement of the Purchaser to purchase Receivables and Related Assets hereunder shall terminate on the Purchase Termination Date. (b) Notwithstanding any such termination described under paragraph (a) above, certain provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect as provided in Section 9.03.
