Common use of Purchaser Policies Clause in Contracts

Purchaser Policies. During the Interim Period, the Purchaser will consult with the Company, and the Purchaser and the Company will adopt, effective as of the Closing, corporate and operational policies for the Purchaser, the Company and their respective Subsidiaries, including the Target Companies, appropriate for a company publicly traded in the United States with active business and operations in the industries and regions in which the Target Companies operate and contemplate operating as of the Closing.
