Purchaser Products and Services. From and after the date of this Agreement, the Buyer and the Seller shall consult with each other on the introduction of products and services not currently offered by the Seller Bank which the Buyer would expect to make available to customers following the Effective Time; provided, however, that nothing herein shall obligate the Seller to offer any such products or services prior to the Effective Time.
