Purchaser's Policies. The Supplier must comply with Sensis’ Supplier Code of Conduct (a copy of which is available at: xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx.xx/xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xx- conduct), as may be updated or varied from time to time and all of the Purchaser's policies and procedures that: • are identified in the Purchase Order; or • the Purchaser has notified to the Supplier before the Purchase Order was issued are applicable. The Purchaser will make any relevant policies and procedures available to the Supplier (including by publishing them on the Purchaser’s (or a related company’s) website).

  • PURCHASER’S PROPERTY 6.1. Materials such as components, machinery, tools, models, moulds, jigs and fixtures, accessories or others which may bemade available to the Supplier by the Purchaser for the purposes of the Contract shall be under the Supplier's responsibility; the Supplier shall take out insurance against any damage that they might suffer and shall clearly mark them and record them as being the property of the Purchaser.
