Purchaser's Policies. The Supplier must comply with Sensis’ Supplier Code of Conduct (a copy of which is available at: xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx.xx/xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xx- conduct), as may be updated or varied from time to time and all of the Purchaser's policies and procedures that: • are identified in the Purchase Order; or • the Purchaser has notified to the Supplier before the Purchase Order was issued are applicable.
