Common use of Purchases and Sales of Sponsor Stock for Batch Activity Clause in Contracts

Purchases and Sales of Sponsor Stock for Batch Activity. Unless otherwise directed by the Sponsor in writing pursuant to directions that the Trustee can administratively implement, the following provisions shall govern purchases and sales of Sponsor Stock for contributions, loan repayments, distributions, loans, withdrawals, or any other purchase or sale of Sponsor Stock related to a transaction that the Committee has directed the Trustee in writing to implement on a batch basis (“batch activity”).

Purchases and Sales of Sponsor Stock for Batch Activity. Batch activity shall include all purchases or sales of shares by Sponsor-directed means, including the types of transactions listed above.
