Common use of Purchasing and Technical Services Fees Clause in Contracts

Purchasing and Technical Services Fees. To the extent provided for in the Annual Plan or otherwise approved by Owner, Manager or one of its Affiliates shall be entitled to the payment of purchasing and technical services fees with respect to the acquisition, or supervision of installation or construction, of Capital Improvements, FF&E, Operating Equipment and Inventories at the Project.

Purchasing and Technical Services Fees. To the extent provided for in the Annual Plan or otherwise approved in writing by Owner, Manager or one of its Affiliates shall be entitled to the payment of purchasing and technical services fees Reimbursable Expenses incurred with respect to the acquisition, or supervision of installation or construction, of Capital Improvements, FF&E, Operating Equipment and Inventories Improvements made in accordance with the Annual Plan or otherwise approved by Owner or FF&E at the ProjectHotel, provided that such Capital Improvements or FF&E are part of a major renovation program affecting all or substantially all of the Hotel.
