Common use of PURCHASING CARD ORDERS Clause in Contracts

PURCHASING CARD ORDERS. If the Contractor accepts orders using the State’s Purchasing Card (see Appendix B, Purchasing Card), also referred to as the Procurement Card, the Contractor shall not charge or bill the Authorized User for any additional charges related to the use of the Purchasing Card, including but not limited to processing charges, surcharges or other fees. For all purchases executed using a New York State Procurement Card, Contractor shall provide an itemized receipt with each delivery.
