Common use of Purchasing Policies and Guidelines Clause in Contracts

Purchasing Policies and Guidelines. The Supplier agrees to comply with the Client’s purchasing or administrative policies and guidelines which apply to the provision of Services under this CSA. Applicable policies and guidelines are attached as Appendix D of this CSA.
