Common use of Puritan Oil Clause in Contracts

Puritan Oil. If at any time from and after the Third Amendment Effective Date, Puritan acquires any additional assets from those which exist on the Third Amendment Effective Date (including by way of contribution from any other Loan Party or Restricted Subsidiary), Puritan shall immediately deliver to the Administrative Agent a favorable opinion of New Jersey counsel reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent as to the matters concerning Puritan as the Administrative Agent may reasonably request.
