PURPOSE AND DURATION OF THE GRANT. 2.1 The Grant covers the following Funded Activities: capital expenditure relating to tree planting (or supported Natural Colonisation) and related aftercare (Maintenance Payments) and any discretionary EPREC payments to supply and plant trees to replace those lost due to failed planting in specified circumstances. The Parties agree that the Grant will be used for the purpose of delivering of the Funded Activities.
