PURPOSE AND LEGAL AUTHORITY. A. This Agreement is entered into by ODRC and Contractor, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the DAS Contract that require the use or disclosure of protected health information. B. The authority to release this data is found in section 3701.17 of the Ohio Revised Code and the terms of this Agreement, as well as provisions of the laws, rules, or regulations of the State of Ohio. C. The parties agree that any data or records provided under this Agreement may only be used or disclosed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio.
