L. 111-5, §§ 13400, et seq.], the terms of this Agreement, or more stringent provisions of the law, rules, or regulations of the State of Ohio. C. The parties agree that any data or records provided under this Agreement may only be used or disclosed in accordance with Medicaid regulations. D. The Agreement Manager for ODM is ODM Agreement Manager or successor.
