Common use of Purpose and Scope of the Agreement Clause in Contracts

Purpose and Scope of the Agreement. The Agreement sets forth the rights and obligations of the Parties in respect of i) the implementation of CACM with respect to the SIDC that requires the cooperation of TSOs and NEMOs at European level, including the common operation and further development of the SIDC, and ii) the development, implementation and the operation of IDAs. The complementary regional intraday auctions as referred in article 63 CACM are outside the scope of the Agreement. The post-coupling processes (including rights and obligations of CCPs in that context) are outside the scope of the Agreement and are set forth in Local Arrangements.

The post-coupling processes (including rights and obligations of CCPs in that context) are outside the scope of the Agreement and are set forth in Local Arrangements, except for the post-coupling processes related to SIDC/IDAs as provided in Exhibit 6 (Joint SIDC Procedures).
