Purpose and Scope of Use. 3.1 The Purpose of this ACS is to acquire Audio Visual Equipment and Accessories for use by Agencies. 3.2 Agencies (“Customers” or a “Customer”) may procure Audio Visual Equipment and Accessories under this ACS pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Authorized Contract, as modified and supplemented herein.
