Common use of Purpose/Confidentiality Clause in Contracts

Purpose/Confidentiality. The purpose of this procedure is to secure, at the most immediate administrative level, equitable solutions to grievances which may arise from time to time. Both parties agree that these proceedings shall be kept as confidential as may be appropriate at any level of the procedure.
