Purpose of Business Plan. The Business Plan will serve as a blueprint for the business, activities and development of the Alliance and the targeted financial impact of such business, activities and development on WDS and Xxxxxxx. The Business Plan will focus on developing a joint marketing plan driven by customers and market research to promote cross-selling of Xxxxxxx' and the Logistics Group's services and will outline quarterly projections for revenue generated by cross-sales. In addition, it will outline a training program by each of WDS and Xxxxxxx for the other Party's sales personnel. WDS and Xxxxxxx agree that the Business Plan is not intended to be, nor will it be construed as, an enforceable contract or legal agreement between the Parties, except as provided in Section 5.2(a).
