Purpose of Incentive. Subject to the terms of the Master Agreement and this Incentive Schedule, the IESO agrees to pay the Participant the Net Project Incentive in consideration for the Participant undertaking the Project (or Portfolio of Projects) and achieving the Anticipated Electricity Savings for the Project (or Portfolio of Projects).
