Purpose of LLC. The purpose of the LLC is to engage in the LLC Business and in furtherance thereof, the LLC may engage in any lawful activity for which a limited liability LLC may be organized under the Act. Any change in the LLC Business shall require the affirmative vote or written consent of Members holding a Supermajority in Interest.
