Common use of Purpose of the Grant Clause in Contracts

Purpose of the Grant. The Grant is provided to support the project [INSERT PROJECT NAME] described in Attachment 1 to this Agreement (the "Project"). The Grant shall be used solely for the purposes and activities described therein. The Grantee shall be solely responsible for complying with all applicable provisions of this Agreement and will ensure that they are transmitted to and become binding upon any third parties retained by the Grantee for the implementation of the Project.
