Common use of Purpose of the Grant Clause in Contracts

Purpose of the Grant. I.1.1 The Executive Agency has decided to award a grant, under the terms and conditions set out in the Special Conditions, the General Conditions and the Annexes to the agreement, which the beneficiaries hereby declare that they have taken note of and accept, for the action entitled [Title + Acronym of the project] (“the action”).
