Common use of Purpose of the service Clause in Contracts

Purpose of the service. The purpose of this contract is to define the terms of subscription, use of the e- statement service and electronic document (hereinafter "the Service"), Service designed to inform the client of their account statements and other documents and information in electronic media made available in the secure personal area on the Bank’s website (My Online Banking), or provided on another durable medium (email for example), in lieu of the account statements and other documents and information in paper form. The statements of account, documents and information made available in the secure personal area can be consulted in My Online Banking.
